Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?
You can place an order in the shop, by telephone, email or Facebook message. A 50% deposit will confirm your order in the diary.

How much will I need to pay as a deposit?
We usually require 50% of the total price as a deposit. In the case of weddings we require a £50 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 1 month before the wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments if preferred.

How much notice do I need to give you?
Although we do recommend you order as soon as possible, we will always do our best to accommodate even the last minute of orders if we can. However we do get very busy and sometimes have to close our order book, so if you need something very intricate or for a special date as much notice as possible is useful.

Do you deliver?
It is sometimes possible for us to deliver to the local Cannock area. However we are unable to guarantee that this service will be available at all times.

Do you set up at weddings?
Yes if we take a wedding booking for you this will usually include delivery and set up of the cake or cakes to local venues by prior arrangement with you.

Can you copy an image I have?
We are very happy to work from your images and create similar cakes. However we would like to stress that we will never make an exact replica as we respect the intellectual property of our fellow cake artists.

Can I order cupcakes / slices in advance?
Yes of course. Simply choose your favourites and give us at least a day or so notice.

What are your shop opening hours?
Tuesday – Saturday 10-4.30

Where is the shop? Is there any parking?
Bunty & Peggy’s is at 8 Walsall Road, Cannock, WS110HE. The shop does not have any free parking but does have a pay & display car park directly behind it. Being very near to the town centre pedestrian area we are well served by a number of parking options.

Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?
If we possibly can then yes of course. We can make gluten free and nut free and will attempt to find a solution for other requirements. We would ask for plenty of notice so we can perfect a recipe as everything is hand made by us.

Can I change my order or cancel it?
Please give us as much notice as possible when changing or cancelling an order. We will try to be as accommodating as possible but refunds will be given at our discretion.
